A number of Hampshire attended the Regional Field Championships at Kingsbury,East Sussex on 7/8th August 2010, full details can be found on the GNAS Field web site .
Gents B/B 2nd. Duncan Elm of Fort Purbrook.
Gents Recurve 7th. Richard Tungate-Thorn of Overton Black Arrows
Gents Compound U/L 4th. John Foley of Raven F.A.

Archers from Hampshire shot well in the British Field Championships Glyncornel Archery Centre, Llwynypia, Rhondda on Saturday and Sunday last weekend.
Gents Longbow Champion was new dad Daniel Hawley of Fort Purbrook 355. (also a member of the winning English Team) Congratulations Daniel (and Charlotte) for both the win and the birth of baby Katherine.
Silver Medal went to Steve Burke of Overton Black Arrows with a score of 347. Steve had been part of the last England team before the British , to gain experience in case Daniel was not available , due to the birth of his first child.
Gents Traditional Style Silver medal went to Mike Berriman of Raven 440 (just 7 points behind Gold).
Third place to Jim Mummford of Raven 425
Gents Recurve 15th place Richard Tungate-Thorn of Overton Black Arrows 495

The Junior National Indoor Championships were held in Lilleshall over last weekend and several Hampshire juniors took part.
Special mention goes to Michael Hopkins from Sway who won the JNIC Section 3 Trophy for Junior Gents under 16 recurve with a magnificent score of 581.
Well done Michael and all the others who took part.
